摘要
当代中国管理哲学的实然形态有两种基本类型:中国管理文化哲学和马克思主义管理哲学——前者旨在探求和阐明具有中国文化特色的特殊管理原理,后者旨在探求和阐明马克思主义哲学的管理应用原理,而以实用思维为其共同特征。运用实用思维来开展管理哲学研究,是与管理哲学的“哲学”品格不相称的,它有可能导致管理哲学“降格”为一种实用学术,使管理哲学丧失其哲学本性。按照实证科学时代哲学理性活动的特点,以霍金森为代表的现代西方管理文化哲学,以其探求和阐明“应然广普性”原理,代表着管理哲学发展方向。但霍金森和沙因等西方学者对组织文化建设中领导在价值观创新方面所担当的角色及其作用的研究,在严格意义上还不是对管理文化的哲学研究。管理文化哲学——对管理文化的哲学研究,理应关注和聚焦于作为管理文化核心的价值观的创新规律,为谋求对价值观创新的有效管理,努力探求和揭示创造性思维规律。
There are two basic types of contemporary Chinese management philosophy:Chinese management culture philosophy and Marxism management philosophy.The former aims to explore and clarify the special management principles with Chinese cultural characteristics,while the latter aims to explore and clarify the management application principles of Marxism philosophy characterized with practical thinking.The use of practical thinking to carry out the research of management philosophy is not commensurate with the“philosophy”character of management philosophy.It may lead to the“degradation”of management philosophy into a kind of practical academic and make management philosophy lose its philosophical nature.According to the characteristics of rational activities of philosophy in the era of empirical science,modern western management culture philosophy represented by Hawkinson,with its exploration and clarification of the“universal”principle,represents the development direction of management philosophy.However,the research on the role of leaders in the innovation of values in the construction of organizational culture by western scholars,such as Hawkinson and Shain,is not a philosophical study of management culture in a strict sense.Philosophy of management culture—the philosophical study of management culture should pay attention to and focus on the innovative law of values as the core of management culture seek the effective management of value innovation and make efforts to explore and reveal the law of innovation thinking.
