摘要
食品分析是指对食品各项特征指标的检测与定性定量分析,以此评估食品质量、判断食品安全性。食品分析与食品安全问题息息相关,需不断创新分析理念与方法。本文从化学计量学特点与方法入手,结合工作实践,论述其在食品分析中的应用,提高食品分析效率与质量,提高食品安全水平。
Food analysis refers to the detection and qualitative and quantitative analysis of various characteristics of food,so as to evaluate food quality and judge food safety.Food analysis is closely related to food safety problems,which requires constant innovation of analysis ideas and methods.This paper starts with the characteristics and methods of stoichiometry,and discusses its application in food analysis,so as to improve the efficiency and quality of food analysis and the level of food safety.
