摘要
目前,色谱法是食品农药残留检测的主要方法,色谱信号会受到谱线重叠和背景基线的影响,给最终的检测结果造成一定的负面影响。化学计量学法对“数学分离”的理念进行了高效的利用,从而使食品农药残余检测分析变得更加准确。化学计量学法有效消除了信号中的噪音,校正了背景基线,并高效解析了重叠信号。本文对化学计量法在食品农药残余检测中的实际应用情况进行了详细分析,为食品中农药残余的分析提供了可靠依据。
At present,chromatography is the main food pesticide residue testing method,chromatographic signals will be influenced by multiple sets of overlapping and background baseline,caused certain negative influence to the end of stoichiometric method of mathematics concept of separation of the efficient use of making food pesticide residue detection analysis becomes more accurate after widespread use in the chemical metrology method,effectively eliminate the noise in the signal,the background baseline correction,and efficient parsing the overlapping signals.In this paper,the application of chemical measurement method in the detection of pesticide residues in food was analyzed in detail,which provided a reliable basis for the analysis of pesticide residues in food.
