摘要
近年来,随着社会经济水平的显著提升,人们的健康意识不断增强,对食品营养与健康的要求也越来越高。人们的健康与食品存在着密切的联系,然而一些食品依然存在安全隐患,大大影响人们的身体健康。基于此,要注重提升食品营养与健康,对日常饮食进行合理规范,注重提高身体素质,以此来保证身体健康。
In recent years,with the remarkable improvement of social and economic level,people’s health consciousness has been strengthened,and food nutrition and health are more demanding.People’s health is closely related to food,but some foods still have hidden dangers,which greatly affect people’s health.Based on this,we should not only pay attention to the improvement of food nutrition and health norms,but also to the daily diet reasonable norms,pay attention to improve their physical quality,so as to ensure the health of the body.
