摘要
本文通过对武汉素食餐厅的实地调研,分析其现状,发现武汉素食餐厅目前存在宣传不够且片面、规模太小、菜品缺乏创新等问题,为此提出了做好素食文化宣传、创新研发特色素食菜品以及扩大规模,发展连锁化等建议,以期为武汉素食行业的发展提供参考。
Based on the field investigation and analysis of the current situation of Wuhan vegetarian restaurants,this paper finds that there are some problems in Wuhan vegetarian restaurants,such as insufficient and one-sided publicity,too small-scale,lack of innovation in dishes and so on.In order to provide reference for the development of Wuhan vegetarian industry,suggestions are put forward to do a good job in the promotion of vegetarian culture,innovate and develop special vegetarian dishes,expand large-scale,and carry out chain operation.
