摘要
目的探讨老年股骨粗隆间骨折患者应用怏速康复外科(FTS)流程干预的效果。方法将124例老年股骨粗隆间骨折患者随机分为对照组、FTS组,每组各62例;对照组给予常规护理干预,FTS组则进行快速康复流程干预;比较两组患者术后恢复、髋关节功能及术后并发症发生率等指标,、结果FTS组术后疼痛评分、首次进食时间、下床活动时间、伤口愈合时间及住院时间均小于对照组(P<0.01);FTS组术后6个月髋关节功能优良率为77.42%,高于对照组53.23%(P<0.01);FTS组患者术后并发症发生率为8.06%,低于对照组22.58%(P<0.05)。结论老年股骨粗隆间骨折患者进行FTS流程干预后,可缓解术后疼痛,改善髋关节功能,降低术后并发症,具有较好的有效性和安全性。
Objective To explore the efect of fast track surgery(FTS)process intervention applied to the elderly intertrochanter fracture of femur patients.Methods 124 cases of the elderly intettochanter fracture of fermur were randomly divided into control group and FTS group,62 cases each group.The control group was carried out usual nursing intervention,and the FTS group was given fast track surgery process intervention.The indexes of postoperative recovery,hip joint function and incidence rate of complications after operation were compared between the two groups.Results The levels of pain score,first feeding time,geting out of bed time,wound healing time and length of hospital stay in the FTS group were all less than the conttol group(P<0.01).Excellent and good rate after 6 months in the FTS group was 77.42%,higher than the control group(53.23%,P<0.01).The incidence rate of complications in the FTS group was 8.06%,lower than the contol group(22.58%,P<0.05).Conclusion The elderly intertrochanter fracture of femur patients afer Fts process intervention,it can relieve postoperative pain,improve hip function,and reduce postoperative complications.So it has better fectiveness and security.
