基于可能性c均值聚类和模糊评判的调峰负荷辨识 被引量:1

摘要 大规模风电并网后,系统调峰能力不足导致风电送出受阻。大容量的柔性工业负荷作为调峰负荷可降低弃电率。文章将调峰负荷分为连续型和离散型,根据这两类调峰负荷对可再生能源出力波动的跟踪特性,定义并提取了连续调节特征参数、阶跃变化特征参数和调节间隔特征参数。根据特征参数,基于可能性c均值聚类算法,在综合负荷中将两类调峰负荷和不可调峰负荷进行聚类,并基于模糊评判方法对调峰负荷进行辨识计算,辨识出综合负荷中两类调峰负荷的占比。实例验证了所提方法的可行性和有效性。 After large-scale new energy grid-connected,the inadequate peak shaving capacity of the system results in the obstruction of new energy delivery.Flexible industrial load with large capacity can be used as peak load regulation to reduce the power abandoning rate of new energy.In this paper,flexible load for peak load regulation is divided into continuous and discrete peak load.According to the tracking characteristics of these two types of peak load for new energy output fluctuation,the continuous adjustment characteristic parameters,step change characteristic parameters and adjustment interval characteristic parameters are defined.Based on the parameter extraction,possibility c-means clustering algorithm was used to cluster two kinds of peak load regulation and non-peak load regulation in the comprehensive load,and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was used to identify and calculate peak load regulation,and the proportion of two kinds of peak load regulation in the comprehensive load was identified.The example verifies the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method.
