摘要
文章基于发输电耦合特性,提出了用于提高输电通道输送功率限额的日前发电计划优化方法。该方法在分析输电通道输送功率限额与常规电源组合方式耦合关系的基础上,制定了日前常规电源发电计划的原则,并将基于电气距离的日前常规电源发电组合方法和基于惯性时间常数的日前发电机组发电方法相结合,提出了日前发电计划优化方法。通过仿真计算,该方法可显著提高输电通道输送功率限额,提升了风电外送消纳水平。
Based on the coupling characteristic of generation and transmission,this paper proposes a day-ahead generation scheduling optimization method for enhancing the total transfer capability of transmission section.Based on the analysis of the coupling relationship between the total transfer capability of transmission section and conventional generation unit commitment,the day-ahead conventional generation scheduling rules are set out,and by combining the day-ahead conventional generation plant commitment according to the electrical distance of each conventional generation plant from the transmission section and the day-ahead conventional generation unit commitment inside the conventional generation plant according to the inertia constant,a day-ahead generation scheduling optimization method for enhancing the total transfer capability of transmission section is proposed.The simulation results prove that the proposed method can significantly enhance the total transfer capability of transmission section,and improve the transmission consumption of wind power.
