摘要
通过构建三种不同的空间权重矩阵,检验了2006—2018年我国高等职业教育规模对农村地区减贫的直接影响和空间溢出效应。结果表明:高等职业教育规模对农村地区减贫具有显著的空间溢出效应,且呈非均匀分布特征;经济距离空间较之邻接空间和地理距离空间对贫困减缓的空间溢出效应更显著,区域间经济距离的缩短加强了空间溢出效应;在控制变量中,城镇化水平和农村居民人均收入对农村地区减贫的促进作用十分明显,而农业财政支出强度、科研经费投入强度对周边地区减贫存在消极的阻碍作用。
This study constructed three different spatial weight matrices to test the direct impact and spatial spillover effects of China's higher vocational education scale on rural poverty reduction from 2006 to 2018.The results showed that,the scale of higher vocational education had a significant spatial spillover effect on rural poverty reduction with the feature of non-uniform distribution.Compared with adjacent space and geographic distance space,economic distance space had a more significant spatial spillover effect on poverty alleviation.Moreover,the shortening of regional economic distance had strenthened the spatial spillover effect.Among the control variables,urbanization level and the per capita income of rural residents both had obvious promoting effect,while agricultural financial expenditure intensity and scientific research investment intensity both had an inhibiting effect.
