摘要
医院病历是医务人员对于患者进行问诊、检查及治疗等各项医疗活动所形成的医疗资料,加强医院病历管理,提高信息技术人员素质,可充分发挥病历的价值。近年来,随着科学技术的进步,传统医院病历管理已经无法满足现代医学要求,为提高管理效率,应对信息技术人员的任务进行明确,促使管理工作规范化及高效化。该文特对医院病历管理中病案信息技术人员的任务及价值展开了综述,期望促进医院病历管理更加科学化。
Hospital medical records are medical data formed by medical staff in various medical activities such as inquiries,examinations and treatments of patients.Strengthening the management of hospital medical records and improving the quality of information technology personnel can give full play to the value of medical records.In recent years,with the advancement of science and technology,traditional hospital medical record management has been unable to meet the requirements of modern medicine.In order to improve management efficiency,the tasks of information technology personnel should be clarified to promote standardization and efficiency of management.This article reviews the tasks and value of medical record information technicians in hospital medical record management,hoping to promote the scientific management of hospital medical records.
