摘要
目的对医院病案信息管理工作之中所存在的问题以及应对策略进行研究分析。方法将2016年1-12月我院120例住院患者的病案信息设为对照组,另将2017年1-12月我院120例住院患者的病案信息设为试验组,其中对照组行传统病案信息管理,试验组于对照组的基础之上实施强化病案信息管理措施,并对两组研究对象的病案信息管理状况以及患者满意度状况进行对比分析。结果试验组研究对象在病案信息管理状况以及患者满意度上均优于对照组,且数据比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论当前环境下,医院病案管理工作存在着较为显著的问题,加强病案信息管理工作有其必要性。
Objective To study and analyze the problems existing in the management of hospital medical record information and the corresponding strategies.Methods 120 cases of inpatients in our hospital from January2016 to December 2016 were assigned to the control group,and 120 cases of inpatients from January 2017 to December 2017 were assigned to the experimental group.The control group was given traditional medical records information management,and the experimental group was given strengthened medical records information management measures on the basis of the control group,and the medical records information management status of the two groups was also given.Conditions and patients’satisfaction were compared and analyzed.Results The experimental group was significantly better than the control group in medical record information management and patient satisfaction,and the data difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Under the current environment,there are obvious problems in the management of medical records in hospitals,and it is necessary to strengthen the management of medical records information.
