摘要
随着社会的不断进步,经济的快速发展,我国人们的物质生活水平不断提高,许多先进技术被应用到我国的医疗事业中,大大推动了我国医疗事业的发展,病案管理信息化建设就是其中之一。随着现代信息网络技术的快速发展,医院对病案的管理也已经从传统的手工管理逐渐向电子化、信息化方向发展,从而有效的节省了人力、物力和财力,提高了我国医院的医疗服务质量。但是,与此同时,病案管理也存在着资料泄露、完整性得不到保障的风险,为此,一定要及时做好风险防范措施,规范病案信息化管理流程,完善好相应的法律法规,真正确保病案管理的质量。
With the constant progress of society and rapid development of economy, people＇s material living standards are constantly improved, many advanced technologies are used in the medical enterprise in our country, and greatly promotes the development of medical enterprise in our country, and the informational construction of case management is one of the advanced technologies. With the rapid development of modern information network technology, the case management in the hospital has gradually changed from the traditional manual management to the electronic and informational direction, thus effectively saving the manpower, material and financial resources and improving the medical service quality of hospitals in our country, but meanwhile the risks of leakage of data and failing to ensure the integrity still exist in the case management,therefore, we must take the risk prevention measures in time, standardize the case information management course, improve the corresponding laws and regulations and truly ensure the case management quality.
