摘要
要想更好地教育和引导学生,为学生营造良好的成长环境,促进学生健康成长,仅靠学校教育是不够的,还需要家庭教育的有力协助。班主任需要引导家长在日常生活中对学生进行积极的教育,从而提高学生的综合素质。班主任可以通过召开家长会、进行家访、借助信息技术、组织家长参加教育讲座等方式指导家长有效开展家庭教育。
In order to better educate and guide students,create a good growth environment for students and promote their healthy growth,it is not enough to rely on school education alone,but also need the powerful assistance of family education.The teacher in charge of a class needs to guide the parents to carry on the positive education to the student in the daily life,thus enhances the student's comprehensive quality.The teacher in charge of a class can guide parents to carry out family education effectively by holding parent meeting,visiting home,using information technology and organizing parents to participate in education lectures.
