摘要
利用乙醇提取枣黄酮,并以大肠杆菌、沙门氏菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、副溶血性弧菌、肉毒杆菌、化脓性链球菌、铜绿假单胞菌、枯草芽孢杆菌8种细菌为供试菌株,试验发现枣黄酮对上述8种细菌均有不同程度的抑制作用。同时,体外试验测定了枣黄酮对SMMC-7721,H22,S1803个肿瘤细胞株的抑制效果。结果表明,枣黄酮对上述3种肿瘤细胞均有抑制作用,抑制率分别为78.36%±8.03%,53.15%±4.93%和86.08%±8.11%。
The flavones of jujube were extracted by ethanol.Eight strains of E.coli,Salmonella,Staphylococcus aureus,Parahaemolyticus,Botox,Streptococcus pyogenes,Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Bacillus subtilis were used as test strains.It was found that jujube flavone could inhibit the 8 kinds of bacteria in varying degrees.At the same time,the inhibitory effect of jujube flavone on SMMC-7721,H22 and S180 tumor cell lines was measured in vitro.The results showed that jujube flavone had inhibitory effect on the above three tumor cells,the inhibition rates were 78.36%±8.03%,53.15%±4.93%and 86.08%±8.11%,respectively.
