分子生药学研究的计量学及可视化分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的了解分子生药学在国内外医药领域的研究现状,分析分子生药学在医药研究中的发展趋势。方法利用文献计量学的方法,借助CiteSpace软件对2009—2018年CNKI数据库和Web of Science数据库发表的有关分子生药学相关领域研究论文的数据进行整理和可视化分析,绘制作者合作网络图谱、机构合作网络图谱、国家合作网络图谱、关键词共现网络图谱和文献共被引图谱。结果共检出7023篇论文,以知识可视化图谱方式展现10年来分子生药学领域的主要的科研力量、合作机构和研究热点。结论分子生药学领域的研究目前处于发展时期,研究内容、热点逐年增多。 Objective To understand the research status of molecular pharmacognosy at home and abroad in the medical field and analyze the development tendency of molecular pharmacognosy in medical research. Methods The data of research papers published in CNKI database and Web of Science database related to molecular pharmacognosy was sorted out,visualized and analyzed by bibliometric method using CiteSpace software. These papers were published between 2009 and 2018. The author cooperative network map, institution cooperative network map, country cooperative network map,keyword co-occurrence network map and literature co-citation map were drawn.Results A total of 7023 papers were retrieved, and the major research forces, cooperative institutions and research hotspots in the field of molecular pharmacognoy in the past 10 years were presented by knowledge visualization.Conclusions At present, the research on molecular pharmacognosis is in the development stage, and the research contents and hot spots are increasing year by year.
