受废弃油井影响的采煤工作面有害气体运移规律及防控技术 被引量:4

摘要 为解决双马煤矿废弃油井内有毒有害气体侵入工作面威胁安全生产的难题,在双马煤矿I0104106工作面马探23废弃油井进行了试验应用,对油井影响区域的H2S运移规律进行模拟分析,对油井影响区域的瓦斯和H2S灾害进行分析预警,并采用地面超前封堵、采前预注碱性吸收液主动治理和采中喷射中高压碱性溶液逐级吸收为核心的综合治理技术,最后对受废弃油井影响的区域进行治理效果评价,构建起评估、预警、治理、评价"四位一体"灾害防控体系。研究结果表明:评估、预警、治理、评价灾害防治技术体系完整有效,有效控制了双马煤矿煤体中H2S涌出扩散体积分数,保障了安全回采。 In order to solve the problem that poisonous and harmful gas in the abandoned oil well of Shuangma Coal Mine intruding into the coal working face and threatening the mine safety production,the gas component analysis of disaster assessment and the mechanism of oil and gas intrusion are studied in the abandoned oil well. It is concluded that the main components of harmful gas from the oil well are gas and hydrogen sulfide. The gas and hydrogen sulfide hazards in the affected area of the well are analyzed and warned by drilling detection. The comprehensive treatment technology of hydrogen sulfide is adopted,which is based on the active treatment of pre-injection of alkaline absorption solution and the gradual absorption of high pressure alkaline solution during injection. Finally,the treatment effect of the area is evaluated,to ensure the safety of the mining face. Thus,a four-in-one disaster prevention and control system is constructed for the assessment,early warning,governance and evaluation. The results show that,the technical system of assessment, early warning, governance and evaluation is complete and effective,the volume fraction of hydrogen sulfide from the coal body is controlled,ensuring the mining safety.
