摘要
目的了解平顶山市托幼机构及学校风疹发病特征,为学校风疹防控提供依据。方法采用描述流行病学方法对平顶山市2005-2019年托幼儿童及学生发生的风疹病例进行分析。结果托幼机构和学校共发生风疹病例761例,平均发病率为5.1/10万,每隔3~5年出现一个发病高峰;主要集中在3~6月;男生多于女生;发病主要为7~12岁的小学阶段,2015年后主要集中在初中和高中阶段。结论平顶山市托幼机构和各类学校风疹发病总体呈现下降趋势,初中和高中学生存在免疫空白,应进行针对性的麻腮风疫苗接种。
Objective To understand epidemiological characteristics of rubella in schools and childcare institutions in Pingdingshan City,and to provide scientific evidence for the prevention and control of rubella in schools.Methods The data of cases with rubella in schools and childcare institutions from 2005 to 2019 were analyzed by the descriptive epidemiological method.Results A total of 761 cases of rubella were reported,with an average incidence of 5.1/100000,and the peak appeared every 3~5 years.The cases of rubella were mainly found from March to July.The number of males was more than that of females.The disease was mainly concentrated in primary schools where students were aged 7~12,while it mainly occurred in junior and senior high schools from 2015.Conclusion The rubella incidence showed a decreasing trend in schools and childcare institutions in Pingdingshan City.It is important to carry out the targeted rubella vaccination in junior and senior high schools to make up the immunization gap.
