摘要
目的:评价上巨虚傍针排刺法针刺干预胃癌术后加速康复外科胃肠道功能恢复的作用。方法:收集2018年11月至2019年4月南京中医药大学附属医院普外科与肿瘤外科30例胃癌手术患者,随机分为治疗组(15例)、对照组(15例)。在术后次日上午10:00给予针刺治疗,采用针刺强烈得气感传为针刺刺激量标准,1次治疗后评价术后首次通气时间、首次通便时间、首次进食时间和术后住院天数来比较两组疗效差异。结果:治疗组术后首次通气时间和首次进食时间较对照组显著缩短(P<0.05,P<0.01);在术后首次通便时间和住院天数方面,两组比较差异无统计学意义;针刺可明显促进胃癌术后患者胃肠道蠕动的作用,但对排便和术后住院天数无影响。结论:傍针排刺法针刺干预可有效缩短胃癌术后首次通气时间和进食时间,均可在针刺治疗后当天实现,效果显著。
Objective:To evaluate the effect of straight and side needling at Shangjuxu(ST 37)for the enhanced recovery after gastric cancer surgery.Methods:Thirty patients with gastric cancer who were eligible for inclusion in general surgery and oncology surgery at the Affiliated Hospital of Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine from November,2018 to April,2019 were randomly divided into two groups:treatment group(15 cases)and control group(15 cases).Acupuncture treatment was given at 10 o’clock on the second day after the operation,and the acupuncture stimulation quantity was set as the standard of strong qisense transmission by acupuncture.The first ventilation time,the first defecation time,the first feeding time and the postoperative hospital stay were evaluated after one treatment to compare the difference in efficacy between the two groups.Results:Compared with the control group,time of first postoperative ventilation and postoperative feeding were significantly shorter in the treatment group(P<0.05,P<0.01).The difference between the two groups was not obvious in the first postoperative defecation time and hospitalization days.Acupuncture could significantly promote the gastrointestinal motility of postoperative patients with gastric cancer,but had no effect on defecation and postoperative hospital stay.Conclusion:Straight and side needling can effectively shorten the first ventilation time and feeding time after gastric cancer surgery,which can be achieved on the day after acupuncture treatment.
