摘要
目的:探究穴位按摩与舒适护理结合应用对骨外科手术患者疼痛与夜间睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2021年11月至2022年11月厦门市翔安区马巷卫生院收治的骨外科手术患者70例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组35例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施穴位按摩与舒适护理。结果:视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分分析,术后3 d、7 d观察组均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的术后并发症发生率为2.86%,对照组为17.14%,观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)评分分析,术后3 d、7 d观察组均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);生命质量评分分析,护理后观察组均高于对照组,组间比较有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的护理满意度为97.14%,对照组为82.86%,观察组高于对照组,组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针对骨外科术后患者,联合实施穴位按摩与舒适护理,可减轻疼痛感,提升睡眠质量,同时减少并发症,提升患者的生命质量与护理满意度,值得推广。
Objective:To explore the effects of acupoint massage combined with comfort care on pain and sleep quality at night in patients undergoing bone surgery.Methods:A total of 70 patients undergoing orthopedic surgeries admitted to the Ma Xiang Health Hospital in Xiang′an District,Xiamen City from November 2021 to November 2022 were selected as the research subjects.They were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,with 35 patients in each group.The control group received routine care,while the observation group received acupoint massage and comfort care.Results:Visual Analog Scale(VAS)score analysis showed that the observation group was lower than the control group on the 3rd and 7th day after surgery,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05);The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was 2.86%,while in the control group it was 17.14%.The observation group was lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)score analysis showed that the observation group was lower than the control group at 3 and 7 days after surgery,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05);Quality of life score analysis showed that the observation group after nursing care was higher than the control group,and there was statistical significance between the groups(P<0.05);The nursing satisfaction of the observation group patients was 97.14%,while the control group was 82.86%.The observation group was higher than the control group,and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:For patients after orthopedic surgery,the combination of acupoint massage and comfort care can reduce pain,improve sleep quality,reduce complications,and improve patient quality of life and nursing satisfaction,which is worth promoting.
