基于代谢组学的湿热证研究进展 被引量:4

Research progress of damp-heat syndrome based on metabolomics

摘要 湿热证是临床常见的实证,也是近年研究的热点,代谢组学技术在阐明湿热证本质方面具有巨大潜力。文章从临床研究、实验研究方面,对基于代谢组学的湿热证研究相关文献进行了梳理,发现慢性胃炎、肝病的研究较多,研究的样本主要是血液、尿液和唾液,许多文献都报道了筛选出的湿热证差异代谢物,为湿热证的客观化做出了贡献,但又存在以下缺点:多数研究未排除饮食等混杂因素的影响,研究仍停留在湿热证与差异代谢物相关性的层面以及未对差异代谢物进行验证,并且目前暂无湿热证的粪便代谢组学研究等。克服这些缺点,必将对有助于促进湿热证的本质研究。 Damp-heat syndrome is a common clinical demonstration,and also a hotspot of research in recent years.Metabolomics technology has great potential in elucidation of the essence of damp-heat syndrome.Based on clinical research and experimental research,this paper reviewed the relevant literatures on the research of damp-heat syndrome based on metabolomics.It was found that there were many studies on chronic gastritis and liver disease,and the samples were mainly blood,urine and saliva.Many literatures have reported the screened differential metabolites of damp-heat syndrome,which has made some contributions to the objectification of damp-heat syndrome,but has the following shortcomings:most studies don’t exclude the influence of confounding factors such as diet and the research still remains at the level of correlation between damp-heat syndrome and differential metabolites,and has not verified the differential metabolites,and currently there are no fecal metabolomics studies with damp-heat syndrome.Overcoming these shortcomings will certainly help to promote the essence of damp-heat syndrome research.
