摘要
目的分析探讨自拟中药熏蒸联合水疗对四肢骨折术后局部疼痛及肿胀的治疗效果。方法选取2017年10月至2019年10月郑州大学附属洛阳中心医院康复医学科收治的59例四肢骨折术后康复期患者作为研究对象,并按照随机数表法将其分为试验组(30例)与对照组(29例),其中试验组患者予以自拟中药熏蒸联合水疗处理局部疼痛及肿胀部位,对照组患者单纯予以水疗处理局部疼痛及肿胀部位,对比两组患者治疗前及治疗10、20、30 d时的局部疼痛及肿胀程度变化情况。结果治疗后,两组患者局部疼痛及肿胀程度均逐渐减轻(试验组:F=3.6.820、51.950,P均=0.000;对照组:F=23.380、34.090,P均=0.000),且治疗10、20、30 d时试验组患者的局部疼痛及肿胀程度均明显低于对照组(疼痛程度:t=2.045、2.116、3.063,P=0.046、0.039、0.003;肿胀程度:t=2.051、2.018、3.651,P=0.045、0.048、0.001)。结论自拟中药熏蒸联合水疗可通过活血化瘀、消肿止痛等功效有效改善四肢骨折术后康复期患者的局部疼痛及肿胀程度,疗效显著,临床应用价值较高。
Objective To explore the treatment effect of fumigation with a hospital⁃made TCM combined with hy⁃drotherapy on the local pain and swelling after limb fracture surgery.Methods Fifty⁃nine patients at the rehabilitation peri⁃od after limb fracture operation in the Department of Rehabilitation Medicine,Luoyang Central Hospital from October 2017 to October 2019 were selected as research subjects and were divided,according to the random number table,into an experi⁃ment group(30 cases)and a control group(29 cases).Patients in the experiment group were treated with hospital⁃made TCM fumigation combined with hydrotherapy for their local pain and swelling whereas patients in the control group were trea⁃ted with hydrotherapy only.Changes in degree of local pain and swelling before treatment,on day 10,20 and 30 of treat⁃ment were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the local pain and swelling of patients in the two groups were gradually reduced(experiment group:F=36820 and 51950,both P=0.000;control group:F=23.380 and 34.090,both P=0.000).The degree of pain and swelling in the experiment group were significantly lower than that in the control group(pain degree:t=2.045,2.116 and 3.063 respectively,P=0.046,0.039 and 0.003 respectively;swelling degree:t=2.051,2.018 and 3.651 respectively,P=0.045,0.048 and 0.001 respectively).Conclusion Hospital⁃made TCM fumigation combined with hydrotherapy can effectively reduce the degree of pain and swelling of patients at the rehabilitation period after limb fracture operation by promoting blood circulation,removing blood stasis,reducing swelling and relieving pain,presenting a high value of clinical application.
