摘要
目的分析消肿止痛汤辅助切开复位内固定术治疗髌骨粉碎性骨折患者的临床效果.方法选取该院2018年1月—2019年1月收治的髌骨粉碎性骨折患者60例为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为两组,各30例.两组患者均采用切开复位内固定术治疗,对照组患者术后采用常规治疗,观察组患者术后在对照组基础上采用消肿止痛汤进行联合治疗,比较两组患者治疗前和治疗15 d后的疼痛评分、肿胀评分、治疗15 d后膝关节功能评分以及治疗总有效率.结果治疗15 d后,观察组患者疼痛评分(0.57±0.11)分、肿胀评分(0.24±0.04)分、膝关节功能评分(90.65±6.75)分均优于对照组患者的(3.43±1.06)分、(0.54±0.13)分、(80.67±6.81)分,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组患者的治疗总有效率为96.7%(29/30),高于对照组患者的73.3%(22/30),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论消肿止痛汤辅助切开复位内固定术治疗髌骨粉碎性骨折患者的疗效显著,患者疼痛、肿胀症状及膝关节功能均得到明显改善,值得临床推广.
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Xiao Zhongzhitong Decoction assisted open reduction and internal fixation in the treatment of patients with comminuted patella fractures.Methods A total of 60 patients with comminuted patella fracture who were admitted to the hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.Both groups of patients were treated with open reduction and internal fixation.Patients in the control group were treated with conventional treatment after surgery,and patients in the observation group were treated with Xiaozhong Zhitong Decoction on the basis of the control group after surgery.The pain score,swelling score before treatment and 15 days after treatment,knee joint function score after 15 days of treatment,and the total effective rate of treatment were compared between the two groups of patients.Results After 15 days of treatment,the observation group had a pain score of(0.57±0.11)points,a swelling score of(0.24±0.04)points,and a knee joint function score of(90.65±6.75)points,which were better than(3.43±1.06)points,(0.54±0.13)points and(80.67±6.81)points of the control group,the differences between groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 96.7%(29/30),which were higher than 73.3%(22/30)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Xiao Zhong zhitong Decoction assisted open reduction and internal fixation to treat patients with comminuted patella fractures has a significant effect.The patients'pain,swelling symptoms and knee joint function have been significantly improved,and it is worthy of clinical promotion.
