摘要
代谢综合征是一组集多种高危因素的异常代谢症候群,日益危害着人类健康。中医药尤其是经方的辨证治疗代谢综合征疗效显著。本文通过查阅并整理近10年国内外有关经方治疗代谢综合征的期刊论文,总结从三焦分治代谢综合征的经方研究进展,概括经方治疗代谢综合征以"通上焦"(桂枝汤、瓜蒌薤白汤类)、"理中焦"(半夏泻心汤、苓桂术甘汤)、"利下焦"(金匮肾气丸、大柴胡汤类)为主。结合中医辨证论治理论与现代药理研究共同分析并阐明其在代谢综合征上的确切疗效,旨在为中医临证治疗提供新的思路和依据。
Metabolic syndrome is a group of abnormal metabolic syndromes that combine multiple high-risk factors and is gradually endangering human health.Traditional Chinese medicine,especially classical prescriptions’treatment based on syndrome differentiation,has a significant effect on metabolic syndrome.To search the journal articles on treatment of metabolic syndrome used by classical prescriptionsins in the past 10 years at home and abroad,and summarize the research progress of treating metabolic syndrome based on "sanjiao" theory,and point out that the treatment of metabolic syndrome is mainly based on "tong upper jiao" (guizhi decoction,gualou xiebai decoction),"li middle jiao" (banxia xiexin decoction,linggui zhugan decoction),"li lower jiao" (jingui shenqi pills,dachaihu decoction),combined with treatment based on syndrome differentiation of TCM and modern pharmacological research to analyze and clarify its exact effect on metabolic syndrome,it aims to provide new ideas and reference for TCM clinical therapy.
