摘要
通过搜集古医籍及现代医家临床经验,总结出青蒿具有以下特点:用量多为4.5~500 g,其中水煎常用剂量为10~30 g,外洗用100~250 g,代茶饮用500 g。根据疾病、证型、症状寻求最佳用量,如清热透邪养阴治疗各种发热性疾病、呼吸系统疾病、皮肤病,为4.5~500 g;清热和解少阳治疗消化系统疾病、内分泌疾病,为15~30 g;清热解暑治疗暑湿类疟、疟疾等,为6~80 g;清热化痰宁心治疗室性早搏型心率失常,多为18 g。根据疾病、证型及症状,配伍相应中药,如清热透邪养阴配伍鳖甲、生地黄、黄芩、牡丹皮、白薇等;清热和解少阳配伍柴胡、茵陈、银柴胡等;清热解暑配伍佩兰、藿香、薏苡仁等;清热化痰宁心配伍苦参、黄连等。
Summarize the clinical experience of Herba Artemisia Annua from ancient medical books and modern physicians,and draw the following conclusion:the dosage is mostly 4.5-500 g,of which the usual dosage for decoction is 10-30 g,100-250 g for external washing,500 g for tea drinking.2) According to the difference of disease,type of syndrome and symptoms,we choose the best dosage.For instance,it is 4.5-500 g for the treatment of various febrile diseases,respiratory diseases,hematological diseases,and dermatosis for clearing heat,expelling pathogenic factors and nourishing yin;9-60 g for clearing heat and harmonizing Shaoyang to treat digestive system diseases and endocrine diseases;6-80 g for clearing summer-heat to treat summerheat malaria and malaria;for clearing heat and phlegm and tranquilizing heart to treat ventricular premature beat-type arrhythmia,usually 18 g.When treating diseases,syndromes type and symptoms,it compatibles with different herbs.For example,it often compatibles with Carapax Trionycis,Radix Rehmannia Recens,Radix Scutellariae,Cortex Moutan Radicis,Radix Cynanchi Atrati,etc.using its clearing heat,expelling pathogenic factors and nourishing yin;It often compatibles with Radix Bupleuri,Herba Artemisiae Scopariae,Radix Stellariae,etc.using its clearing heat and harmonizing Shaoyang;It often compatibles with Herba Eupaatorii,Herba Pogostemonis,Semen Coicis,etc.using its clearing summer-heat;It often compatibles with Radix Sophorae Flavescentis,Rhizoma Coptidis,etc.using its clearing heat and phlegm and tranquilizing heart.
