摘要
《证治要义》为清代旴江医家陈当务所撰,全书10卷,叙述论治、幼科、痘疹、脉法、妇科及杂症急救等,内含大量食疗内容。其中卷三、卷四、卷五尽述各种小儿疾病,尤重饮食疗法。食物外治采用外洗、外涂、热熨、外敷等方法,取材简单,灵活施治;内治上,药食相参治疗疳积、麻疹、痘疮等病,充分展现食疗在儿科的优势。文章对该书中的儿科食疗内容进行整理挖掘,以期为现代儿科临床提供有益参考。
The book named Zhengzhi Yaoyi was written by Qing dynasty Xujiang doctor CHEN Dang-wu.The whole book had 10 volumes,narrate treatment,pediatric,blain rash,pulse taking,department of gynaecology and miscellaneous disease first aid,etc..This book also contained a large number of dietary therapy.Among them,volume 3,volume 4,volume 5 all narrate all sorts of children disease,especially diet therapy.External treatment of food by external washing,external coating,hot ironing,external application and other methods,simple materials,flexible treatment.In internal treatment,integration of food and medicine to treat malnutrition,measles,acne and other diseases.It fully showing the advantages of food therapy in pediatrics.The content of paediatric diet therapy in this book can be sorted out and excavated,which can provide useful reference for modern paediatric clinic.
