摘要 教育阶段的基础性阶段为幼儿阶段教育。幼儿时期大部分儿童心智还尚未成熟,而小学是儿童成长的一个极佳阶段。简单来说,幼儿到小学教学的变化,对儿童成长具有重要的影响。因此广大幼儿园教师在幼儿园阶段,就需要着手做好幼小衔接工作,以幼儿个人身心健康发展水平为重要依托,并结合幼儿学校的实际需要,实施相关的指导措施,并以针对性的教育方式为辅,尽可能解决在幼小衔接过程中面临的挑战。放眼当前,广大幼儿园学校的幼小衔接工作还存留着重大问题。该文就此现象,对幼儿园幼小衔接存在的问题进一步分析,并对其存在的问题提出优化方式分析。 The basic stage of education is early childhood education.Most children in early childhood are not yet mature,and primary school is an excellent stage for children’s growth.In short,the change of teaching from children to primary schools has an important impact on children’s growth.Therefore,the majority of kindergarten teachers in the kindergarten stage need to start to do a good job in connection work,take the children’s personal physical and mental health development level as an important support,and combine with the actual needs of preschool schools,implement relevant guidance measures,and take targeted education methods as auxiliary,to solve the challenges in the process of kindergarten convergence as far as possible.At present,there are still major problems between the connection of kindergarten and primary school.Based on this phenomenon,this paper further analyzes the problems existing in the connection between kindergarten and primary school,and puts forward the optimization mode analysis for the existing problems.
