摘要
介绍了小方坯连铸连轧技术的最新发展情况,对连铸连轧工艺在建筑钢筋生产流程中的关键技术进行了探讨。重点研究了不同产能条件下小方坯连铸连轧工艺的典型坯料尺寸和工艺布局。指出了小方坯连铸连轧工艺对节能降耗、绿色生产的积极意义以及高拉速连铸机在传统钢铁长流程制造中的应用效果。
The latest development of billet continuous casting and rolling technology is introduced in this paper.And the key technology of continuous casting and rolling process in deformed steel bars production process is discussed.The typical billet size and process layout of billet continuous casting and rolling process under different productivity conditions are studied.The positive significance of billet continuous casting and rolling process for energy saving and green production is explained,and the application effect of high speed caster in traditional long process steel manufacturing is discussed.
