摘要
本文以不锈钢方坯为研究对象,构建了高压水除鳞喷嘴优化选择数学模型,绘制了除鳞喷嘴选择寻优程序框图,使选择除鳞喷嘴的过程建立在科学基础之上。与普遍采用的试算法选择除鳞喷嘴相比,减少了选择喷嘴的盲目性,节省了选择喷嘴的时间。
A descaling mathematics model and a flow chart of optimally choosing the spray nozzles for stainless steel billet was established. Compared with the usual trial method for choosing spray nozzles, this model can avoid the choice blindness and save choice time.
