摘要
以镍离子为模板,丙烯酰胺、丙烯基脲、N,N-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺(MBA)为功能单体原料,制备了镍离子表面印迹聚合物(Ni-SIIPs)。将其设计为一个综合性实验,团队协作完成,让学生掌握高聚物制备方法;通过红外光谱、X-射线衍射、扫描电镜对Ni-SIIPs表征,让学生了解了物质结构检测技术;通过Ni-SIIPs对镍离子的吸附试验,让学生学会用分光光度计进行定量分析以及吸附过程热力学、动力学分析方法。
Nickel surface ion imprinted polymer(Ni-SIIPs)was prepared from acrylamide,Propenylthiourea,N,N-methylene diacrylamide(MBA)were used as functional monomer.It was designed as a comprehensive experiment and completed by teamwork so that students could master the preparation method of ion imprinted polymer.The Ni-SIIPs were characterized by infrared spectroscopy,X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscopy,so that students could understand the detection technology of material structure.Through the adsorption test of nickel ion by Ni-SIIPs,the thermodynamics and dynamics analysis of adsorption process the students learned to use spectrophotometer for quantitative analysis.
