摘要
在pH 9.0的NH3-NH4Cl介质中,Mg(II)-对乙酰基偶氮氯膦络合物的最大吸收峰为620 nm,该波长处吸光度与Mg(II)浓度在0~1.6μg/mL范围内呈良好的线性关系,其回归方程为A=0.3525 C(μg/mL)+0.0053,检出限为22ng/mL。本法用于测定水样中的镁。加标回收率为93.8%~100%,11次测定的相对标准偏差为1.27%~4.51%。
In the medium of pH 9.0 NH3-NH4Cl, the maximum absorption peak of Mg (Ⅱ) - (p-acetylchlorophosphonazo) locates at 620 nm. At the wavelength ,the absorbance (A) is linearly related with the concentration of Mg (Ⅱ) over the range of 0-1.6 μg/mL and its regression equation is: A=0.3525 C (μg /mL) + 0.0053 .The detection limit of method is 22 ng/mL. The method was used to determine magnesium in water samples with the recovery of standard addition of method 93.8%-100%.The relative standard deviation was 1.27%-4.51% for eleven replicate determinations.
