摘要
目的:观察半夏白术天麻汤治疗高血压的临床效果。方法:选取2016年4月~2019年7月收治的高血压患者100例,随机分为两组。对照组给予西医常规对症治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予半夏白术天麻汤辅助治疗。记录两组治疗前后中医症候积分及脂联素(APN)、胱抑素C(CysC)、尿酸(UA)、C反应蛋白(CRP)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)、8-羟基脱氧鸟苷酸(8-OHdG)水平变化,并统计两组临床治疗总有效率。结果:治疗后,观察组总有效率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组APN、SOD水平高于对照组,CysC、UA、CRP、MDA、8-OHdG水平及中医症候积分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:半夏白术天麻汤治疗高血压可减轻氧化应激损伤,调节APN、CysC、CRP、UA的表达水平,改善症状,提高疗效。
Objective To observe the clinical effects of Banxia Baizhu Tianma decoction in the treatment of hypertension.Methods A total of 100 patients with hypertension were selected from our hospital(April 2016 to July 2019)and divided into 2 groups by random digital method.The control group was given routine symptomatic treatment of western medicine,and the observation group was given BanxiaBaizhuTianma decoctionbased on the treatment of the control group.The levels of syndrome score and adiponectin(APN),cysc(CysC),uric acid(UA),c-reactive protein(CRP),superoxide dismutase(SOD),malondialdehyde(MDA),8-hydroxydeoxyguanylic acid(8-OHdG)were recorded before and after treatment in group 2,and the total effective rate of were compared between thetwo groups.ResultsAfter treatment,the total effective rate(92.00%)in the observation group was significant higher than that in the control group(74.00%)(P<0.05).The APN、SOD levels of the observation group werehigher than that of the control group after treatment,whilethe CysC、UA、CRP、MDA、8-OHdG levels and TCM symptom score were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).ConclusionsBanxiaBaizhuTianma decoction can relieve oxidative stress injury in hypertension,adjust the expression level of APN,CysC,CRP and UA,and improve the symptoms and improve the curative effects.
