摘要
针对目前常用的缓凝剂在长封固段固井中存在顶部水泥石强度发展缓慢的问题,采用螯合-酯化法合成了新型螯合物型缓凝剂(MCR)。采用凝胶渗透色谱和红外光谱表征其结构,结果表明,MCR的主要成分为柠檬酸螯合物、柠檬酸乙二酯及其低聚物、金属螯合柠檬酸乙二酯及其低聚物。同时评价了添加MCR水泥浆体系的综合性能。结果表明,MCR在90~150℃间可有效调节水泥浆稠化时间,结合强度测试可知,其最佳掺量范围为3%~4%(质量分数),90℃下水泥石7 d最高强度可达22 MPa,顶部水泥石抗压强度正常发展,满足施工要求。
A new type of chelate retarder(MCR)was synthesized by chelating esterification method,aiming at the problem of strength of the cement paste develops slowly at the top of the long-sealing section cementing of the commonly used retarders.The structure was characterized by gel permeation chromatography and infrared spectroscopy,results show that the main components of the retarder are citric acid chelate,ethylene glycol citrate and its oligomers,and the metal cation chelate ethane citrate and its oligomers.At the same time,the comprehensive performance of the cement slurry system with MCR was evaluated.The experimental results show that the retarder can effectively adjust the thickening time of the cement slurry between 90℃and 150℃.The strength of the cement paste also reaches 22 MPa under 90℃for 7 d,when the mass fraction of the retarder is approximately 3%to 4%of the cement slurry.The compressive strength of the cement paste at the top develops normally and meets the construction requirements.
