硅灰石纤维增强页岩气固井水泥力学性能及影响研究

摘要 页岩气作为一种清洁、高效的非常规能源,开采过程中需要进行压裂作业,对固井水泥石提出了较高的韧性要求,本文研究了硅灰石纤维增强页岩气固井水泥力学性能和微观结构。试验结果表明:页岩气固井水泥具备更加优异的抗压强度和抗折强度。掺杂一定量的硅灰石纤维有利于水泥石力学性能的提高,使水泥石具备更好的韧性,硅灰石纤维的最佳掺量为5%~10%。通过微观测试分析发现,硅灰石纤维增强水泥石力学性能一方面是因为硅灰石纤维参与水化反应,消耗氢氧化钙形成水化硅酸钙,提高其与水泥基体的粘结力;另一方面是因为当水泥石受到外力而产生裂纹时,硅灰石纤维能够使得裂纹发生偏转阻碍裂纹的拓展,进而起到增韧止裂的作用。 Shale gas as a kind of clean and efficient unconventional energy,its mining process needs fracturing operations,which puts forward high toughness requirements for cementing cement.In this paper,the mechanical properties and microstructure of wollastonite fiber reinforced shale gas cement were studied.The experimental results showed that shale gas cementing cement has better compressive strength and flexural strength.The addition of wollastonite fiber is conducive to improving the mechanical properties of the cement stone,so that the cement stone has better toughness,and the best content of wollastonite fiber is 5%~10%.Through microscopic testing analysis,the reason why wollastonite fiber can enhance the mechanical properties of cement stone is that on the one hand,in hydration reaction,wollastonite fiber consumes calcium hydroxide to form hydrated calcium silicate during the hydration reaction and improves its adhesion with cement matrix.On the other hand,when the cement is cracked by external forces,the wollastonite fiber can deflect the development of cracks and hinder the expansion of cracks,thus the wollastonite fiber plays the role of toughening and cracking.
