摘要
“00后”作为一个群体步入高职院校后,以其价值追求的个性化、独立的思维方式、娱乐生活的网络平台化、自卑感与较强的自我认同感之间的矛盾、价值取向多样化、重视学历与轻视专业技能等群体特征,为高职院校的学生管理工作带来了新的机遇和挑战。而面对突如其来的新冠肺炎疫情,以及网络课程的大范围开展,高职院校需要全面把握“00后”学生的群体特征,通过多种途径抓住机遇、迎接挑战,促进“00后”学生各项素质和能力的提升。
After stepping into higher vocational colleges,"post-00s"students,as a group,bring new opportunities and challenges to the student management in higher vocational colleges with the characteristics of the individuation of value pursuit,independent thinking mode,network-based entertainment life,contradiction between a sense of inferiority and a fairly strong sense of self-identity,diversification of value orientation,and emphasis on educational backgrounds and contempt for professional skills.The sudden epidemic situation,as well as the popularization of online courses more need the student management to roundly grasp"post-00s"higher vocational colleges students'group characteristics and the opportunities and challenges they bring about.By means of various ways,we should seize the opportunities,face up to the challenges,and promote the quality and level of"post-00s"higher vocational colleges students'various items of quality.
