摘要
如何以质量文化的持续建设来提升教育质量成为后评估时代新建本科院校二级学院的一个新课题。该文针对新建本科院校二级学院的质量文化建设主体意识被削弱、教学保障体系不够科学及教学管理形式单一的现状,用实证研究的科学方法,通过明确质量文化目标、提升建设质量文化的自觉性、持续完善教学质量保障体系机制等途径,达到质量文化持续建设的目的。
How to improve the quality of education with the continuous construction of quality culture has become a new topic for the construction of secondary colleges in undergraduate universities in the post-evaluation era.This paper analyzes the status quo of the quality culture construction of secondary colleges in new undergraduate universities,such as the weakened subject consciousness,the unscientific teaching assurance system,and the single form of teaching management,and uses the scientific method of empirical research to find an effective way for the continuous construction of quality culture by clarifying the quality culture objective,enhancing the consciousness of the construction of quality culture,and continuously improving the teaching quality assurance system.
