摘要
劳动教育对促进儿童的全面和谐发展有着不可代替的重要意义。儿童劳动教育能够丰裕儿童的身体意涵,滋养儿童的精神成长,使儿童达成身心的和谐共哺。省思儿童劳动教育开展的现实困境,发现其在观念层面存在劳动目的的外化、劳动形式的窄化和劳动主体的固化等问题;在实践层面存在劳动时空的压缩受限、劳动内容的单调刻板及劳动过程的敷衍失序等现象。为此,政府要发挥统筹作用,构建健全的劳动教育制度;家庭要发挥基础作用,拓展劳动教育实践活动;学校要发挥主体作用,打造有效的劳动教育专业课程;社会要发挥支持作用,提供丰富的劳动教育相关资源。
Labor education is of irreplaceable significance for promoting the comprehensive and harmonious development of children.Child labor education can enrich children's physical implications,nourish children's spiritual growth,and enable children to achieve a harmonious physical and mental nurturing.Thinking over the practical dilemma of the development of child labor education,we find that there are externalization of labor purpose,narrowing of labor form and solidification of labor subject at the conceptual level;at the practical level,there are limited compression of labor time and space,monotonous and rigid labor content and perfunctory and disordered labor process.In view of the situation,the government must play a coordinating role and build a sound labor education system;families must play a basic role and expand a wide range of labor education and life practices;schools must play the main role and create effective labor education professional courses;society must provide support Function and provide abundant resources related to labor education.
