摘要
介绍了锂离子动力电池系统在轨道交通领域的应用特点;简要阐述了大功率锂离子动力电池在机车和动车组上应用的安全原则要求;提出了锂离子动力电池系统采用主动防护和被动保护的安全设计技术方案,并进行了相关试验验证。研究结果表明,采用主动防护和被动保护的安全设计理念能大大提高锂电池系统在机车和动车组上应用的安全性。
The application characteristics of lithium-ion power battery systems in the field of rail transit was introduced.The safety principles and requirements of high-power lithium-ion power batteries in locomotives and EMU were briefly introduced.The safety design technical guidelines for the use of active protection and passive protection for the lithium-ion power battery system were proposed,and relevant tests were carried out to verify.The research results showed that the safety design concept of active protection and passive protection could greatly improve the safety redundancy of the lithium battery system in locomotives and EMU applications.
