摘要 内燃机车新能源改造是在不改变原车机械结构的条件下,采用电气牵引系统替代液力传动系统,采用储能系统替代柴油机和油箱。文章结合JMY380型内燃机车实际改造案例,对改造总体技术方案进行阐述,着重对包括电气系统、牵引电机和动力电池组的能源动力系统技术特征进行详细介绍。改造后的电气系统和整车线路试验表明,机车各项功能及性能指标均满足运用要求,并具有良好的经济效益和节能减排效果。 The new energy transformation of diesel locomotive is to use electric traction system instead of hydraulic transmission system and energy storage system instead of diesel engine and fuel tank,without changing the mechanical structure of the original vehicle.Based on the actual case of JMY380 diesel locomotive transformation,this paper expounds the overall technical scheme of transformation,and focuses on the technical characteristics of energy and power system including electrical system,traction motor and power battery pack.The reformed electrical system and vehicle line test show that the functions and performance indexes of the locomotive meet the application requirements,and it has good economic benefits and energy saving and emission reduction effects.
