摘要
[目的]为探究毒死蜱、三氟氯氰菊酯和氯虫苯甲酰胺对旋幽夜蛾解毒酶的亚致死效应。[方法]采用浸叶法,分别以3种杀虫剂的LC25和LC50浓度处理旋幽夜蛾3龄幼虫,观察处理后试虫体内羧酸酯酶(CarE)和谷胱甘肽-S-转移酶(GSTs)活性的变化情况。[结果]亚致死浓度毒死蜱对旋幽夜蛾幼虫CarE比活力产生抑制作用,且LC50浓度抑制作用更强。毒死蜱LC50浓度在48 h时、LC25浓度在72 h时显著抑制GSTs比活力。三氟氯氰菊酯LC50浓度在12、72 h时显著抑制CarE比活力。亚致死浓度三氟氯氰菊酯对GSTs比活力表现出诱导上升作用,LC50浓度处理组在6 h时、LC25浓度处理组在72 h时GSTs比活力显著高于对照组。亚致死浓度氯虫苯甲酰胺对CarE比活力影响不显著。氯虫苯甲酰胺LC50浓度在处理后12、48 h时显著抑制GSTs比活力。[结论]在这3种杀虫剂亚致死浓度处理下,旋幽夜蛾幼虫体内的解毒酶活性均会发生变化,但对不同杀虫剂的应激反应并不相同。
[Aims]This study aims to clarify the sublethal effects of chlorpyrifos,cyhalothrin and chlorantraniliprole on detoxifying enzyme activities in Discestra trifolii larvae.[Methods]The leaf-dipping method was used and the D.trifolii 3rd instar larvae were treated with chlorpyrifos,cyhalothrin and chlorantraniliprole of LC25 and LC50 concentrations respectively.The changes of carboxylesterase(CarE)and glutathione S-transferase(GSTs)activities in the larvae were studied.[Results]The specific activity of CarE was inhibited by chlorpyrifos of sublethal concentrations,and the inhibition of LC50 concentration was more stronger.The specific activity of GSTs was significantly inhibited at 48h after the larvae were treated with chlorpyrifos of LC50 concentration and 72 h after the larvae were treated with chlorpyrifos of LC25 concentration.The specific activity of CarE in the 3rd larvae was inhibited by cyhalothrin of LC50 concentration,and significantly lower than the control group at 12 and 72 h after treatment.The specific activity of GSTs was induced in the 3rd larvae by cyhalothrin of sublethal concentration,and significantly higher than the control group at 6 h after treatment with cyhalothrin of LC50 concentration and 72 h after treatment with cyhalothrin of LC25 concentration.There was not significant difference in the specific activities of CarE between chlorantraniliprole treatment groups and control group.The specific activity of GSTs was significantly inhibited at 12 and 48 h after the larvae were treated with chlorantraniliprole of LC50 concentration.[Conclusions]The sublethal concentrations of these three insecticides could affect the activities of detoxifying enzymes in the larvae of D.trifolii,but the stress reactions of detoxifying enzymes to different insecticides are not the same.
