摘要
伴随新一轮科技革命和产业变革的深入推进,大学特别是地方高校人才培养服务性指向日趋鲜明,但由于资源限制及办学路径惯性依赖,地方高校未能充分利用所在区域资源形成独特人才培养路径。本研究从地方高校所在区域社会网络关系入手,利用社会嵌入理论对地方高校整合、利用、吸收和转化区域资源进行系统性分析,以“融、通、化”为路径,探索新技术应用人才培养。
Accompanying with the further advancement of scientific and technological revolution and industrial reform in a new round marked by the wide application of artificial intelligence and big data,the service orientation of talent cultivation in universities,especially in local colleges and universities,has become increasingly clear.However,due to resource constraints and routine dependence of school running patterns,local colleges and universities fail to make full use of regional resources to form a unique talent training path.This study starts with the social network relationship of the local colleges and universities,and uses the social embeddedness theory to analyze the integration,utilization,absorption and transformation of regional resources,and then constructs the“integration,intercommunication and transformation”cultivating pathway for new technology application talents.
