摘要
目的对于男男性行者来说,通过应用HIV预防信息传递模式对HIV进行预防,研究其预防效果。方法选取2019年1月—2019年12月期间已知为男男性行为者的人员共200例,通过制定预防信息传递模式,干预男男性行为,将干预前与干预后的预防效果进行研究分析,包括:艾滋病知识评分、性行为情况评分、HIV相关健康信念评分、安全性行为自我效能量表评分,评价HIV预防信息传递模式的预防价值。结果干预后,男男性行为者的艾滋病知识评分为(11.03±1.65)分、性行为情况评分为(11.46±0.85)分、HIV相关健康信念评分为(80.16±4.18)分、安全性行为自我效能量表评分为(65.49±3.42)分,显著优良于干预前,差异具有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论通过将HIV预防信息传递模式应用于男男性行为者的HIV预防中,可以有效提高男男性行为者对于HIV的了解程度,对HIV的预防起到明显的改善作用,对于性行为中的安全措施实施产生重视。
Objective For men who have sex with men,to study the effect of HIV prevention by using HIV prevention information transfer model.Methods 200 men who have sex with men from January 2019 to December 2019 were selected to intervene men's behavior by establishing prevention information transmission mode.The prevention effects before and after the intervention were analyzed,including AIDS knowledge score,sexual behavior score,HIV related health belief score,and safe sexual behavior self-efficacy scale score,To evaluate the prevention value of HIV prevention information transmission model.Results After the intervention,the scores of AIDS knowledge,sexual behavior,HIV related health belief and safe sexual behavior selfefficacy of MSM were(11.03±1.65),(11.46±0.85),(80.16±4.18)and(65.49±3.42),respectively,which were significantly better than those before the intervention.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05)The significance of planning and learning.Conclusion Through the application of HIV prevention information transmission mode in the prevention of HIV among MSM,it can effectively improve the understanding of HIV among MSM,improve the prevention of HIV significantly,and pay attention to the implementation of safety measures in sexual behavior.
