摘要
从军队院校装备科研采购工作中存在的法规体系不够完善、组织体系不够健全、业务流程不够规范、采购人员专业素养存有短板等问题入手,在分析问题存在原因的基础上,结合工作实际,提出了相应的对策。
There are some problems in the equipment scientific research acquisition work of military academies,such as imperfect laws and regulations,imperfect organization system,non-standard business process,and shortcomings in the professional quality of acquisition personnel.This paper puts forward the corresponding countermeasures based on the analysis of the causes of the problems in consideration of the actual work.
