摘要
采用建筑固废结合黏土和废玻璃烧制高性能透水砖,研究建筑固废添加量及其作为骨料的粒径,烧成温度、成型压力对透水砖性能影响。结果表明,建筑固废质量分数为70%,骨料粒径为1.0~1.7 mm,烧成温度为1140℃,成型压力为100 kN时,制得10 cm×10 cm×2.7 cm透水砖,透水系数为6.54×10^-2 cm/s,抗压强度为41 MPa。
High-performance permeable brick was prepared using construction solid wastes combined with clay and waste glass.The effects of the additive amount of construction solid waste,the particle size of aggregate,firing temperature and molding pressure on the properties of permeable brick were studied.The results showed that when the additive amount of construction solid waste was 70%,the aggregate size was 1.0-1.7 mm,the firing temperature was 1140℃,and the molding pressure was 100 kN,the permeability coefficient of the 10 cm×10 cm×2.7 cm permeable brick was 6.54×10^-2 cm/s,and the compressive strength was 41 MPa.
