摘要
为了提高焊管制造企业的生产效率,保证焊管质量,在焊管生产检验等过程中,企业应重视和严格实施质量控制工作,包括监督关口前移、监督人员专业化、加强原材料质量控制、跟进现场质量问题处理进展等质量管理工作。介绍了监督关口前移和监督人员专业化的重要性,分析了原材料质量控制对最终产品质量的影响等。通过对质量控制工作几个要素的严格管控,达到了焊管产品质量受控、生产效率提高的目的。“中俄东线”、“克-阿管线”焊管质量稳定、出厂焊管100%检验合格的结果表明,所实施的质量管控措施效果显著。
In order to improve the production efficiency of welded pipe manufacturing enterprises and ensure the quality of welded pipe,in the process of welded pipe production inspection,enterprises should pay attention to and strictly implement the quality control work,including moving the quality monitoring point forward,making sure professionalization of supervisors,strengthening the quality control of raw materials,and following up the progress of quality problems on site.The importance of the quality monitoring point forward and the professionalization of supervisors are introuced and the influence of raw material quality control on the final product quality is analyzed.Through the strict control of several elements in quality control,the purpose of controlling the quality of welded pipe products and improving the production efficiency is achieved.The quality of the"Natural Gas Pipeline of China-Russia Eastern Route"and"Kyzylorda-Astana Pipeline Project"welded pipes is stable,and all of the welded pipes produced are qualified.The results show that the quality control measures are effective.
