烤烟包衣种子出苗特性受环境温度调控

Seedling Emergence Characteristics of Pelleted Seeds of Flue-cured Tobacco were Controlled by Environmental Temperature

摘要 为研究不同温度下烤烟的出苗特性。本研究将14个不同基因型的烤烟品种包衣种子(‘MS云烟87’,‘MSK326’,‘MS云烟85’,‘红花大金元’,‘云烟97’,‘云烟99’,‘云烟100’,‘云烟105’,‘云烟110’,‘NC297’,‘NC102’,‘NC55’,‘NC71’,‘KRK26’)分别在25℃恒温、25℃~15℃变温、15℃恒温、10℃恒温下漂浮育苗,分析各品种不同温度下的出苗率、出苗指数和出苗时间,并利用系统聚类方法对试验材料的出苗时间进行聚类分析。结果表明,具有生活力的烤烟包衣种子在10℃以上可以出苗,但出苗时间和出苗指数因品种和温度而异;通过聚类分析,将不同基因型烤烟品种分为4种类型:常温和低温下均能很快出苗的‘云烟110’,常温出苗快、低温出苗慢的‘MS云烟87’、‘云烟100’、‘MS云烟85’、‘云烟97’,常温下出苗较慢,低温下出苗较快的‘云烟99’、‘MSK326’、‘云烟105’、‘NC297’、‘NC102’;常温和低温下出苗均较慢的‘NC55’、‘NC71’、‘KRK26’、‘红花大金元’。因此,应选择气温高于10℃时开始育苗,并根据育苗期气候,参考本研究各品种所属类型,有针对性地采用育苗技术。 To study the seedling emergence of flue-cured tobacco cultivars under different temperatures. Pelleted seeds of 14 main flue-cured tobacco cultivars(’MSYunyan87’, ’MSK326’, ’MSYunyan85’, ’Honghua Dajinyuan’,’Yunyan97’, ’Yunyan99’, ’Yunyan100’, ’Yunyan105’, ’Yunyan110’, ’NC297’, ’NC102’, ’NC55’, ’NC71’, ’KRK26’)were floated at 25℃, 25℃~15℃, 15℃ and 10℃, respectively. Seedling emergent percentage, seedling emergent time, seedling emergent index of each variety under different temperatures were analyzed, and the seedling emergent time of experimental materials was analyzed by using the method of system clustering. The results showed that viable pelleted seeds of flue-cured tobacco could emerge above 10℃. However, the seedling emergent time and seedling emergent index were different from each other due to cultivars and temperature. According to the cluster analysis, 14 main flue-cured tobacco cultivars were clustered into four types, which including seedling emergent quickly under suitable temperature and low temperature, such as ’Yunyan110’. Seedling emergent quickly under suitable temperature but slowly under low temperature, such as ’MS Yunyan87’, ’Yunyan100’, ’MS Yunyan85’,’Yunyan97’. Seedling e mergent slowly under suitable temp erature but quickly under low temperature, such as’ Yunyan99’, ’MSK326’, ’Yunyan105’, ’NC297’, ’NC102’. Seedling emergent slowly under suitable temperature and low temperature, such as ’NC55’, ’NC71’, ’KRK26’, Honghua dajinyuan. It suggests that pelleted seeds of flue-cured tobacco could be breeding above 10℃. Appropriate seedling-raising techniques could be used according to the climate and tobacco variety characteristics.
