摘要
世界功夫中心演播中心和训练中心外造型为钻石形状,为钢管桁架结构形式;工程管桁架相贯口较多,现场安装焊接工作量大,制作安装过程中坐标定位困难;依据工程实际情况,划分基本吊装单元为异形多面结构形式,吊装单元采用现场组拼成型,采用一台180 t自行式履带式起重机进行吊装,并通过SPA2000软件对吊装单元和结构的安装过程进行受力分析,论证了方案的可行性,施工过程中采用坐标转换法、倒链调整吊装构件角度等措施保证了制作安装的质量和精度。
The external shape of the world Kungfu center’s broadcast center and training center is diamond shape,which is a steel tube truss structure;the engineering pipe truss has many joints,the field installation and welding work is heavy,and the coordinate positioning is difficult in the production and installation process;according to the actual situation of the project,the basic hoisting unit is divided into irregular multi-faceted structure,and the hoisting unit is assembled and formed on site,using a 180 ton self-propelled crawler crane is used for hoisting,and the stress analysis of the hoisting unit and structure installation process is carried out through spa2000 software,and the feasibility of the scheme is demonstrated.During the construction process,the coordinate conversion method,chain block adjustment of the angle of hoisting components and other measures are adopted to ensure the quality and accuracy of the manufacturing and installation.
