摘要
随着不可再生资源的迅速减少,生物化工产业的迅速发展,人们对乙醇的需求量越来越大。单一化学合成法生产的乙醇中夹杂了异构高碳醇,对人体有害,不适宜食品和医药行业的应用。因此,生产大量的对人体无害的乙醇仍然是一项热门研究领域。Jxnu-18是一株乙醇生产菌株。解析Jxnu-18菌株的基因组序列信息,可以深入研究Jxnu-18菌株产生乙醇的分子代谢机制,为以后该菌株的分子改造育种研究提供相应的基因序列信息。本研究通过对Jxnu-18菌株进行全基因组测序,并应用相关软件对测序数据进行序列组装、功能注释、GO/COG聚类分析等。结果表明Jxnu-18菌株的全基因组大小为4059815 bp,GC含量为46.14%,菌株的基因序列已提交至GenBank数据库,Accession编号为CNSA:CNP0000014;ENA:PRGEB23600。
With the rapid decline of non-renewable resources and the rapid development of the biochemical industry,the demand for ethanol is increasing.Ethanol produced by a single chemical synthesis method is contaminated with harmful high-carbon alcohols,and is not suitable for use in industries such as food and medicine.Therefore,the production of a large amount of ethanol that is harmless to the human body is still a hot research field.Jxnu-18 is an ethanol production strain.The analysis of the genome sequence information of Jxnu-18 strain can further study the molecular metabolism mechanism of ethanol produced by Jxnu-18 strain and provide corresponding sequence background information for molecular breeding research.In this study,the whole genome sequencing of Jxnu-18 strain was carried out,and the sequencing software was used for sequence assembly,functional annotation,GO/COG cluster analysis and so on.The results showed that the whole genome size of Jxnu-18 strain was 4059815 bp and the GC content was 46.14%.The gene sequence of the strain was submitted to GenBank database.Accession number was CNSA:CNP0000014;ENA:PRGEB23600.
