摘要
目的探讨替硝唑联合氢氧化钙在慢性根尖周炎根管治疗中的应用效果。方法112例慢性根尖周炎根管治疗患者,依循双色球分组法分为对照组和观察组,每组56例。对照组治疗期间应用氢氧化钙,观察组应用替硝唑联合氢氧化钙。对比两组的治疗效果及随访期间的复发率。结果观察组治疗总有效率98.2%明显高于对照组的82.1%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组随访3、6个月的复发率分别为1.8%、5.4%,均低于对照组的14.3%、23.2%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在慢性根尖周炎根管治疗中应用替硝唑联合氢氧化钙,其可有效提高临床效果,有效降低疾病复发率,值得推广。
Objective To discuss the practical effect of tinidazole combined with calcium hydroxide in the treatment of chronic periapical periodontitis.Methods A total of 112 patients with chronic periapical periodontitis were divided into control group and observation group according to two-color ball grouping method,with 56 cases in each group.The control group was treated with calcium hydroxide during treatment,and the observation group was treated with tinidazole combined with calcium hydroxide.The therapeutic effect and recurrence rate during follow-up were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment 98.2% of the observation group was obviously higher than 82.1% of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The recurrence rate during 3 and 6 months of follow-up of the observation group were 1.8% and 5.4%,which were lower than 14.3% and 23.2% of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of chronic periapical periodontitis,tinidazole combined with calcium hydroxide can effectively improve the clinical effect and reduce the disease recurrence rate,which is worthy of promotion.
