Preparation and properties of PLA/PP melt-blown cloth

摘要 以聚乳酸(PLA)和聚丙烯(PP)作为基材,聚乙二醇(PEG)作为相容剂,通过熔喷法制得PP/PLA非织造布。采用扫描电子显微镜、X射线衍射仪、差示扫描量热仪、接触角测定仪、电子织物强力仪对PP/PLA非织造布的形貌、结晶性能、亲水性能和力学性能进行测试和表征。结果表明:随着PLA含量的增加,PP/PLA非织造布中纤维的直径变粗,直径分布变宽;同时材料的结晶度、断裂强力、断裂伸长率和断裂功均下降,而材料的亲水性增加;当PLA质量分数达到30%时,非织造材料的结晶度、纵向断裂强力和接触角比纯PP分别下降了6.8%、48.2%和11.02°。 The polylactide(PLA)and polypropylene(PP)are used as substrates and PEG is used as a compatibilizer to melt-blend PP/PLA non-woven cloth.The surface,crystallization property,hygroscopicity,and mechanical properties of the nonwovens are tested by PLM,XRD,DSC,contact angle,and mechanical tensile tests.The results show that with the increase of PLA addition,the diameter of the fiber in PP/PLA non-woven cloth is larger,diameter distribution is broader,and crystallinity,breaking strength,elongation at break and work of fracture are all decrease,but the hygroscopicity is increased.When PLA content is 30%,the degree of crystallinity,longitudinal breaking strength and contact angle of the blown non-wovens is decreased by 6.8%,48.2%and 11.02°compared with the pure PP.
