摘要
选用聚烯烃弹性体接枝甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯(POE-g-GMA)、聚丙烯接枝甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯(PP-g-GMA)、乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物(EVA)作为PP/TPEE共混体系的相容剂,采用旋转流变仪考察共混物的动态流变行为及相行为。结果表明:PP/TPEE/EVA的复数黏度、储能模量和损耗模量最小;由时温叠加曲线得到的PP/TPEE、PP/TPEE/POE-g-GMA、PP/TPEE/PP-g-GMA、PP/TPEE/EVA的相分离温度分别为220、230、240和250℃,适用的频率范围分别大于1.32、0.15、1.12和2.82 Hz;EVA的加入使得相分离现象更加明显,而POE-g-GMA对相容性有一定的改善;cole-cole曲线得到的结果与时温叠加曲线得到的结果有较好的一致性,而且比时温叠加曲线更为准确。
POE-g-GMA,PP-g-GMA and EVA were used as the compatibilizers for PP/ TPEE blends whose dynamic rheological and phase behaviors were investigated by rotary rheometer.The experimental results showed that the complex viscosity,energy storage modulus and loss modulus of PP/TPEE/EVA blend were the lowest.Calculated from time-temperature superposition(TTS),the temperatures of phase separation for PP/TPEE,PP/TPEE/POE-g-GMA and PP/TPEE/PP-g-GMA were 220,230,240 and 250 ℃,respectively,and their applicable frequency range were above 1.32,0.15,1.12 and 2.82 Hz,respectively.The addition of EVA to the blends made the phase separation phenomena more obvious,while the addition of POE-g-GMA improved the compatibility of the blends.The results of cole-cole curves were in better agreement with those of TTS curves but more accurate.
